Continuing Education that Refuels and Inspires In the Tradition of the Family Institute of Cambridge

About Therapy Training Boston

Therapy Training Boston provides continuing education that refuels and inspires helping professionals. We are a learning community committed to enhancing the well-being of individuals, families, and groups by providing state of the art training. Spawned by the closure of the Family Institute of Cambridge, an organization that educated people in New England and afar for 35 years, we aspire to meet its training goals. Our work is rooted in the values of social justice; it is comprehensive, immersive, practical, empowering, rejuvenating, and hopeful. We are committed to working with all people in ways that demonstrate respect and understanding for the myriad ways there are to live a good life, taking into consideration the forces in our larger cultural context that challenge us all.

TTB provides live didactic and experiential training with outstanding teachers; we specialize in helping people to think broadly and systemically, integrating many useful ideas and practices. Learning events are designed to provide intensive learning in formats that attend to work-life balance. Our intention is to help participants grown and blossom into their full potential.

Therapy Training Boston offers continuing education credits for Psychologists, Nurses, Marriage and Family Therapists and Social Workers through our co-sponsorship with Commonwealth Educational Seminars. Therapy Training Boston has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 6707. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Therapy Training Boston is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

In my zeal to leave and be on time for my flight yesterday, I omitted to thank you... for creating the environment in which we all felt so much of a community.

Your commitment to training clinicians in the Boston area is incredible and much appreciated. Thanks for sweating the small and big things and for providing us with great speakers, excellent directions, and delicious food. Everyone feels very well taken care of.
